Does Frolik Have Gift Certificates? [Back to Top]
Yes!  Frolik has gift certificates in any denomination.  Our gift certificates come in the form of personalized
Frolik gift cards and come inside our amazing, custom, letter pressed stationary.  These make a wonderful gift,
as gift cards are one size fits all.  Just let us know how much you would like your gift card for, who it is for,
and where to send it.  If you want a message in your card, we would be happy to include it, so let us know what to
say.  Our gift cards may be redeemed on-line or in our store itself.  Please select in-store pick-up when checking
out and we will send your gift card out for you.


How Can I Place My Order? [Back to Top]
We try to make this very simple for you.  All you have to do is shop the Frolik site and select your desired items.
You will see sizes, colors, and availability.  When your items are selected, they will go directly in your shopping cart. 
When your shopping spree is complete, you can choose "procede to checkout".  You will be able to modify your shopping
cart here, then select "ready to checkout".  Here, you will be prompted for your shipping and billing information. 
Please let us know of any questions or concerns that may arise and we can assist you through the process.  Our
 hours of operation are 11-5 MST, Sunday and Monday, 10-7 Tuesday-Saturday MST.


How Do I Know If A Product Is In Stock? [Back to Top]
We use real time inventory.  If an item is on our website, we should have it in-stock.  You will be notified within 24 hours via email if we are unable to locate an item within our inventory.


How Quickly Will My Order Ship? [Back to Top]
Our goal is for your item to ship out within 24 hours.  We will not be shipping out on weekends or legal holidays.


I Received My Package As A Gift. May I Return it? [Back to Top]
Your gift may be returned for exchange or store credit only.  Please locate the gift receipt within your package
and contact us via email at frolikon32nd@comcast.net or phone at (303)458.5575 for a return authorization form. 
This simply needs to be filled out and sent back with your gift within 10 days of receipt.  Please note, all items
must be in unused, unworn, original condition with the tags attached and intact for full credit.  


May I Cancel my Order? [Back to Top]
If you request to cancel an item on your order or your entire order, we will make every attempt to make
your request if it is within one hour of being placed (please make sure your request is prior to 6 pm MST). 
Please phone us at (303)458.5575 to request your cancellation or email us at info@frolikon32nd.com.  If
we are unable to receive your call, please leave a message with your contact information and order details.
Please note that without accurate information, we will not be able to process your request smoothly.
Without accuracy we will not guarantee the order not be shipped.  We apologize, but shipping charges will
not be refunded if your order is shipped.


What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies? [Back to Top]
We ship with U.P.S.  Your order will be shipped standard shipping unless you specify for express delivery. 
Standard shipping will get your order to you within 5 business days, express will expedite your order and
get it to you in 2-3 days.  Please give us your physical address, as U.P.S. can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  
Please refer to the chart below for shipping rates.  Frolik On 32nd can deliver to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

What Is Your Return Policy? [Back to Top]
Frolik on 32nd takes pride in our customer service!  It is our priority to ensure your satisfaction. 
We carefully select our merchandise and stand behind it's quality, but realize the fit may not be what
you hoped and other factors may get in the way.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, less the shipping.  If we receive your
return after 14 days, we can offer an exchange or store credit for your merchandise.  Please note, your return
must be unused, unworn, and in it's original condition with all tags on for us to accept it back.  Please email us at
info@frolikon32nd.com or call us at (303)458.5575 for a return authorization form.  Please accompany any return
 with your receipt, as we need it to accurately process any returns.  Once we find your return in it's original,
condition, we will refund your account.

Frolik On 32nd Accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, & Gift Cards.  Frolik On  32nd uses Authorize.net,  a secure processor, so please have confidence with our private internet interactions.
 
 


Will I Be Charged SalesTax? [Back to Top]
By state law, any orders shipping within Colorado will be charged sales tax.  Any orders shipped out of Colorado will not be charged sales tax.
